        The NHS is for everybody, especially Taxpayer's like me! When I politely ask to use the bathroom after recovering from illness, I expect to get past the ignorant receptionist.

        A few months back one member of staff was absolutely horrible to my daughter and made her cry , she suffers badly with anxiety and she made her feel terrible. She was so rude and was actually a mental health nurse this is supposed to be a non judgmental place where teens can go for help and not feel ridiculed by horrible staff. On the other hand there are some lovely staff.
