AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered an outdoor storage cabinet from Cheaper Online LTD through The Range. After one day on rain it had a large puddle of water in the bottom so I requested a refund. After the courier they organised failed to collect the order twice, Cheaper Online LTD are now ignoring my emails and holding my refund. They have had now held onto 100 of my money for over 5 weeks. I tried engaging patiently and politely but they have just fobbed me off. An absolute joke of a company.

Send out broken stuff then because you would rather have a refund refuse to pay for the return or give a refund breaking UK consumer laws. These are on Amazon, watch out who you buy from on sites as these are well and truly cowboys. Reported to Trading standards. Ill post the conversation if they want to argue. One star is to much. You are breaking consumer laws by withholding refunds for items YOU have posted broken. No apologies needed youve broken laws and admitted it twice now so trading standards can deal with you. ME AS THE CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO A REFUND. WHY SHOULD YOUR PROBLEM CAUSE A CUSTOMER MONEY?

First class service from this company. The glider seat arrived a day earlier that stated on order. Delighted with this product which looks even better than shown on their website and now has pride of place on our patio. It was very straightforward to put together. Would have every confidence to use this company again. Thank you to all at Cheaper Online, excellent service.
