When I enquired I was told it was a third party deal, despite it being on 02.co.uk. Not one of the 4 staff members in an empty shop ( I was the only potential customer)seemed interested and I was also told third party deals didn't have the same coverage and connectivity!!
Never mind did it online through 02.co.uk.and they were brilliant and very helpful.
