Went to the shop on Highfield Road, Blackpool and asked for 4 MENTHOL flavour Nicotine Salts by Shotz. Paid, come away everything good with the world. Next day I cracked one open to use and filled my tank - that tastes lemony i thought! Tried it again and yeah, somethings wrong. Checked the bottle and it's ICE MINT. Took them back this morning and they exchanged the unopened ones but not the one I'd opened. Now I'm down a bottle of liquid for no fault of my own. It would have been an easy solution to just give me a replacement for the one I'd opened and that would have resulted in 5 stars and a returning customer. Now, I won't be back and I advise everyone to check all their items before leaving the store, even if you were clear on what you tell them you want. PS...if you want your vape to taste like lemon pledge go for ICE MINT made by Soltz.

Couldn't recommend enough, great knowledge on mods and liquids, will do all they can to help. Any issues I have had with any of my mods they have been quick to fix or help. Plenty of liquids and will be able to advise on the right one if you tell them your tastes! Been going here for 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The manager anne-marie and Pete are amazing, so friendly and very knowledgeable! 5 stars from me

Extremely helpful lady, went above & beyond! Highly recommend this vape store!!! I have had a few deliveries now, absolutely amazing service, order placed & paid for & 6-8 hrs later my items are hand delivered, exceptional
