As a non-musical parent, I found the guidance and information on the Premier Flutes site to be invaluable in selecting an appropriate upgrade flute for my son. Spencer responded to my queries promptly and even steered me away from the more expensive models at this stage - a testament to his integrity. The flute arrived quickly, well packaged and in beautiful condition. My sons teacher was very complementary about the flute and we will continue using Premier Flutes for all future upgrades. Recently bought a high end Flute from Premier Flutes. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase, my last flute was over 30 years old and I was looking to replace with a top end pro flute. Spencer was very knowledgeable and helpful from my initial phone call to me actually arranging a time to visit and try a range of different flutes. It was great to be able to travel to Premier flutes and spend time trying quality instruments at fantastic prices instead of having to travel much further afield. Premier Flutes are amazing! Great deals and a fabulous choice of high quality flutes for sale. I dealt with Spencer who was so helpful and obliging. Although I didn't buy the flute I got on approval, due to unexpected circumstances, I would certainly shop with them in the future - can't praise them enough!

A pleasure to do business with Spencer. Emailed and spoke on the phone before ordering an upgrade for a present, and the whole transaction was easy. A significant saving on new price and very pleased with the condition of the flute - gorgeous.
