        Hi all i was told by staff member the factory and shop was shut and not open to public, whilst walking away i overheard a member of staff say to another staff member THERE GOES A FREE DAY OUT then they laughed as we walked away. I was with my 3 grand kids who were extremely upset as they have visited on previous occasion's . with no problems like this before i simply think the female i spoke to is not educated and is racist.

        Turned up with a group as the site we visited did not say you need to book in advance. Instead of being turned away politely the man was hostile and rude. He opened our minibus door and slammed it in my boss's face, near taking her hand off. When challenged he continued to be aggressive and rude. Would not recommend with the level of hostility this man showed. Very poor customer service.
