The delivery was great, the customer services team were prompt and very polite. The packaging was excellent - plenty of filling to make sure everything will be intact inside. As for the paints - I can't even explain how much I love them. I ordered Sennelier professional watercolour set + 3 additional colours. The 3 tubes arrived in a small separate box to protect them. The prices are very decent for this quality paints. There was also a gift in the package - a Darwent sketching set which is always welcome. I'll definitely order again. :)

I had a problem with my delivery and it was dealt with and solved in a prompt and professional manner , the goods were replaced and followed up for quality control.very happy with this service

Avoid this company at all costs, little regard for their customers and no support from the office manager when you try and contact them to resolve issues. Much better service at Artway or Allcraft.
