Visited today and the girls where really helpful. They assisted me and went out of their way to sort my issues. And now I've forgotten her name....sorry.....xx..was i caitlyn . But good job and thanks guys x

We were fortunate to be looked after by Caitlen, she was incredible! I hadn't a clue with what was involved with replacing our shower, and Caitlen very easily guided me and my Mum through this. She went out of her way to ensure we could see all various types of doors, and made different quotes to suit. Even better, she managed to give us a great price to help match and beat another local rate. I can't remember the last time I went into a retail store in some form and been given such service, can't recommend this company or Caitlen enough.

I purchased a bathroom from Clifton some years ago and was impressed by the service offered. Last week I phoned about a part for my shower as the water was not getting hot. The wonderful Paul found my invoice so the correct part could be ordered - it duly arrived two days later. It would be impossible to say how Paul could have been more helpful, more efficient, more personable and more good humoured: customer service at its finest. Thanks.

6 weeks ago we had no idea what look or design we wanted for our new bathroom. Today we have this stunning room. Tracey and the team at Clifton Trade Bathrooms Blackpool have been amazing from guiding us in the plan and design to the prompt delivery and sourcing our skilled fitter Tom who we would highly recommend and will definitely be fitting a new kitchen when the time comes! Clifton were there every second of the way and nothing was too much trouble to achieve the vision we were all excited to see. Thank you to all of you. Debbie and Paul Harrison
