I have just discovered that Holland and Barrett is Russian owned. However their customer service centre is second to non.

Shop wasn't in a prime location and when I did find it the shop size was much smaller than expected but didn't sway my visit as cities tend to have larger stores. I noticed that there was only one shop assistant for the whole of the store, I would have expected at least 2. But didnt affect my visit as i was served promptly and dudnt have to wait. The lady was kind enough to point me in the right direction of the item I was looking for, also was very friendly and polite.
