        Absolutely great place to leave your dog, they are responsible and caring and have the best interests of your pet at the centre of their business. My dog has stayed twice, and when I pick him up he is as happy and full of beans as when I dropped him off. I feel confident leaving my boy with them and would confidently recommend Westway. Excellent!

        Offered zero help to accommodate us. Wouldn't accept a very well behaved, dog-friendly, people-friendly dog because he'd had no previous kennel experience??! After I offered to bring him in a couple of times for doggy day care etc before I left him (at my own expense). How on earth are you supposed to find a holiday home for your dog if they refuse you point blank like this?? Ridiculous.

        Took mum's cat there while she went on holiday, very friendly staff, also do pick up and drop off. Highly recommended.
