        Picking up for an elderly man yesterday no problem Today with same I D letter and drv license cannot pick up unless I get his bank card for id I'm not relative so wouldn't have this.All depends who is on if you get served.This man cannot pick up as he is terminally ill

        I use this office regularly to post as well as collect items. Never had any issues. Staff are always friendly and helpful. When posting items I buy postage through the Royal Mail app, staff then scan the QR code, print out the label for me, place it on the parcel and then take it for sorting. Saves me having to get a printer, great service.
