Saw a animal with a broken neck on the street and they told me not to worry about it I said why and then they turned around and said we don't do rescue I said you are rspca and then they turned around and said were not doing rescue

Having worked there given my time Rspca gives you no help when you tell them You have some one wanting to do harm to yr animal

I managed to find a couple of books and to be fair the prices were very low. However, I have given this shop 2 stars because of the attitude of the volunteer. He told some shoppers who came in and whom he knew that Blackpool was full of plankton. They asked him what he meant. He explained "plankton" were people who entered shops without buying. Charming!

This is a really good place to shop the person who complained about plankton is misinformed it's a term used in some parts of the retail trade for those who drift around town with empty bags and no intention of spending this particular volunteer is known to speak his mind and say what he thinks he is a friend of mine and has no need to hide behind social media unlike some. We like and respect his honesty
