        I took a ring in be resized and it was a tough challenge - and i to a p. Initially they were honest with me that it may be troublesome, after discussion I went with it and it was done very quickly and very professionally. Slightly less than the quote on the phone. And on top of that, all the staff were lovely. All in all a lovely experience as it was a very emotional/sentimental ring and it was handled beautifully. Thank you harpers xx
