I emailed to enquire about taking piano lessons. I was told that somebody would call me promptly. The next day, I did indeed get a phone call, but I was unavailable due to attending a hospital appointment, and after a brief thirty second conversation with the tutor, we agreed that he would call back the day after. Well, he did not call back. I left it a couple of weeks to see if he would try at all, but he did not, so I sent a couple more emails asking if I could yet again be called about arranging piano lessons. It was agreed that the tutor would try again - and he failed to ring on both subsequent occasions. When I emailed the customer service team for a refund of my original deposit, I was accused of lying and told that the tutor had left me a voicemail. He had not. In fact, I checked, and the only voicemail I had was from the NHS. Overall, the ability of Rimmers to properly care for their customers, and to provide an outstanding service, is equal to my ability to play the piano - inexistent.

No wonder its closing, don't bother unless you want arrogant salesmanship or made too feel like a criminal because you have tried a guitar. I had the money and you had the guitar unfortunately your salesman does not understand customer service. If this is what all the branches are like then stay away. Try Frets guitar centre or Dazamkiz in cleveleys much better experience all round.

Their website says they offer drum lessons at all their stores. When I called up they told me they dont offer lessons and I should look online to see where does. So I look online and their website comes up again. Please change your website.
