Nearby activities: Close to the tower and north pier. Pleasant Street tram station is right outside, if you want to travel further.
Safety: The safety bannisters on the stairs and signs for showing what to do in emergencies are very helpful.
Walkability: Close to North pier and Tower. Tram stop right outside, if you need to go further. Rooms are spacious and the stairs aren't creaky. There are a lot of stairs, but not too many.
Food & drinks: Near many takeaways and restaurants. Self catering in the apartments, but great facilities. Kettle, Toaster, oven, hob, fridge, plates, cutlery cupboards, and microwave are provided.
Noteworthy details: Beds and sofas are very comfy and the rooms are spotless. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are brilliant, but the shower took a little bit of getting used to. The free WiFi was massively appreciated.
