        My girlfriend visited the GP today and was seen by a male doctor. She was sent home in tears after the doctor was incredibly rude to her and made her feel like she was wasting his time. She has no idea what has caused the problem she is dealing with and it is a physical one which has shattered her confidence, so to be dealt with in this way when it was clear how much distress she is in is absolutely appalling.

        My family have been patients of Arnold Medical Centre for very many years. Through lots of changes & Covid the Reception staff & doctors have all been excellent. From first point of contact, reception, I have always found they listen carefully & then guide you in whatever is necessary. All doctors very good. Dr Raute being EXCELLENT. His bedside manner & support have helped our family during tough illness. Susan Gardner
