        Dont answer telephone. Closed contrary to displayed opening times. Waiting to pick up item which was promised mid December and was a Christmas present. They have my phone number and address and have failed to contact me alongside my various attempts by phone. 15. 1 2023.

        Never open when they say they will be. Call to check and they dont answer or bother to return calls. About time they realised that they should perhaps BE OPEN WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE! Avoid!

        My dad went to frame around 3-4 football shirts, and after multiple visits (around 4-6) he got the shirts framed. However, they were poorly done, with the shirts being creased and card blocking out key features of photos to go along with said shirts. Additionally, my dad tried and failed to contact you after multiple attempts. Avoid at all costs.

        Avoid this place at all costs,put a football shirt in to get framed back in Sept,told it would be between 2-3 weeks. got my shirt back this week,unframed,as it was when I gave it to them I know we have had covid but that's ridiculous no apology off staff. the place is a joke.
