Be careful what you buy from this shop and be extra careful about their returns policy. I bought a swimsuit there on Friday afternoon and tried to return it on Saturday morning as I discovered, when I tried it on at home, that it didn't fit me. I went back to the shop with the item and the receipt, and was told that they couldn't return my money as the protective panel wasn't in place. I explained that it hadn't been there when I bought the swimsuit, and that I couldn't return something I had never had in my possession. They then said they couldn't take it back and return my money because of COVID. They are shifty. If there are restrictions on what you can return they should say so before the sale takes place. I am talking to Trading Standards about their behaviour next week.

Never again! Miserable looking shop, lots of cheap looking clothing, but saw a beach cover up 6. No changing rooms so asked for a mirror, no apology as I was told they had none as they've had 3 mirrors all been smashed, but, they will give exchange or credit note- NO REFUNDS. This would have been a waste of time as I live in Manchester. Gave the item back & went to a large well known chain store (complete with mirrors AND changing rooms) & got exactly what I wanted

Shopping with my mum yesterday, Saturday 3rd of September, my mum is 82 and in a mobility scooter, she was out of sight from me and started to have a TIA (mini stroke) trying to get by people whilst having the TIA she managed to get into my sight, terrified and unable to speak I immediately ran to her, grabbed my phone and phoned 999 whilst I was comforting my mum explaining the ambulance was on its way the lady store attendant came up to us and requested we go out of the shop saying it would be better to go out and get fresh air not concerned at for the welfare of my mum!!!! I am absolutely disgusted in the way she dealt with our situation, just wanted us out of the shop as we were in the way of other shoppers trying to get by. Absolutely disgraceful and so rude!!!!

Staff here are lovely I call in when I'm walking with my dogs and usually buy something. Lots of choices in ladies,men's and they also have bedding and housewares. Well worth a visit.
