        An excellent centre. Open Monday to Friday. Used by multiple agencies/groups . The building is fully accessible and has disabled parking spaces Inside is Nibbles Cafe which offers hot and cold food /drinks, these are made to order by a fantastic team of people. There is also an award winning rear courtyard garden available to eat outside (in warmer weather). Disability first's office is now based in a separate fully accessible building at the rear of the main building, where they offer benefit form completion, aswell as help and advice to the disabled and their families. Pop in the centre and have a brew everyone's welcome to use the Nibbles Cafe again !!
