Friendly, professional and prompt service. We used Milestones for a flat clearance and Darryn was so helpful even on incredibly short notice. We booked the day before for him to come and give us a quote on the job at about 10am and he had the whole lot removed before 5pm. He even offered to take the larger items of furniture to charity, so it was great to know it wouldnt go to waste. Price was also extremely reasonable, especially with the quick turnaround. Would highly recommend this company.

We chose this moving company because they had several good reviews. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received. They scratched up our new fridge/freezer, display cabinet and hot tub exterior and interior. These items are our belongings and we expected them to be extra careful with them. It is disheartening knowing they were so careless. They said they could do the job of moving the hot tub, but they did not have the proper equipment necessary to do this job. When they showed up to remove everything from the old house, they informed us the hot tub would not be moved until the next day. The next day, at 10a.m. they texted us to say they would be with us in 15 minutes. A couple hours later, we had to text them to ask if everything was OK as they had not shown up. Finally, they text back saying they were on their way. Another 2 hours later, they showed up! We will never, ever be using this company again. Services: Local moving, Oversized-item moving
