Really disappointed with the whole situation tonight! Customer service and delivery service has gone down hill, ordered on a number of occasions over the last year. Tonight I ordered for the family @8:30pm the order arrived at my door at 10pm (which I refused) No phone number for the Cleveleys shop, Blackpool said there was an issue with the ice cream machine YET nobody called to let me know the order was running late. Understood it was a busy night but communication is key in every business STILL awaiting confirmation of a refund, safe to say I wont be back in a hurry!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tells customers to "get a grip" and swears down the phone when asking where your order is. The order anyway would have taken it over two hours to come until they rudely canceled it when we rung regarding our order. Would not recommend to anybody.

Absolutely disgusted, will never recommend to anyone. Order for my childrens pudding, called to see where the order was, put on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and the lady was rude, called me a liar, and told me to stop whinging, asked to speak to the manager who told me he was busy, and doesnt appreciate my tone of voice and to get a grip, swore at me and cancelled the order. Now have to wait 3-5 days to get money back. Absolutely no customer service skills what so ever! AVOID AT ALL COST I also have this recorded so you cant lie your way out of it!!!
