Really can't fault them. Used their website ' Contact Us', received a telephone call later that day, they duly arrived next day exactly when they said they would. Showed them the problem and told them what i believed to be the best solution, they advised against my idea (they were right) ... and did an excellent job. Polite, Professional and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Speaking from our own experience (today) - Peter did an excellent job (replacement aerial and cables), arrived on time, fair price, good job done, very pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend Elite Aerial to others, so awarding a well deserved 5 stars * * * * *

Peter called today at my elderly Dad's house to fix a landline telephone point that had been incorrectly installed. We were happy with the work and a fair price. We would use him again and would recommend him.

First time using this company, Their service was fantastic, arrived on time and cracked on with the job, no fuss, no mess. The aerial installer was very courteous and I have no hesitation in referring Elite aerial installations. Thank you guys.

I dont like to slate local businesses but unfortunately, I have been left with no choice but to leave this review. I have employed Peter to do work for me in the past but due to a recent incident, I would never employ him again and want to take this opportunity to warn future potential customers about this tradesman. I employed Peter to remove an old aerial from my grandfathers roof as it had been damaged by a storm. Peter put his ladders on the roof and unfortunately upon removing his ladders, damaged 5 tiles on the roof. Peter charged me 60 for the aerial removal and advised that he would return to fix the roof asap. As Peter had done previous jobs for me, I trusted him and paid 60. On several occasions since this incident, I have bumped into Peter and reminded him about my grandfather's roof. Peter repeatedly has said he will come back to repair my grandfathers roof but never did. Due to the length of time it had been (almost a year) since the damage had occurred, I decided to employ my local trusted roofer to fix my grandfathers roof. I was mindful that if it was left any longer, there could have been further damage and I wanted to prevent this. The roofer charged me 80 to repair and provided me with the bill. I then informed Peter that I had instructed a roofer on his behalf due to the length of time it had been and I asked to be reimbursed. Peter has refused to refund me and instead has blamed me (the customer) for employing a roofer. Peter also blamed me for not reminding him to come round to fix the roof. I advised Peter that he should keep a diary and should not blame his customers for his own faults. On the phone Peters words were Good Luck getting your 80 back mate, and then put the phone down on me. Peter has refused to refund my grandfather the 80 cost of damage to the roof. My grandfather is a pensioner (over the age of 90) and is now sadly out of pocket because of damage caused by Peter. Very unprofessional and I would never use this tradesman again.
