The garage said it could be done in a day but longer if it needed parts.
I got phone call the following day to say car is fixed but its not covered under the warranty, the garage informed warranty wise that I had somehow tried to get the passenger window down in the frost and it caused the window regulater to become detached from the window? Very strange as how would the window even go down if it was frozen and how come just one window was frozen?
Its obviously a ploy so they make you pay and its in their account straight away instead of waiting on the warranty company.
The warranty company said they quoted them 112, yet told me it was 62, and they wouldnt release the car until paid, and when I went to the Garage it went Upto 66? They said it didnt even need parts? Very shady company and I would stay clear, as i have now informed the warranty company, they are taking them off their books and rightly so. AVOID
