        I didn't end up choosing DPA for my carpet in the end (through no fault of their own), but when I spoke to Dougie on the phone his customer service was top notch. Very polite and informative, not pushy at all, and even gave me step-by step directions telling me where the shop was.

        Absolutely bloody brilliant honestly!! Nothing they cant do for you the lads where great and so professional and the owner was so lovely. Highly recommend and wont be going anywhere else in future thanks guys x
