What a shocking service we received couldn't check in as rude and abrupt cleaner said it wouldn't be ready for a further 2 hours the apprtment was dirty and we was freezing for 2 nights as none of the heating worked the owners couldn't be bothered to reply to us 350 I wouldn't give it any more than 2 stars their was mould round the seal of the bath dirty fans filthy under the bed and on the carpet shocking

We had a lovely time @theplace blackpool. It was so clean and the space was amazing. Claire and Lee were so helpful and are a delightful couple ready to make your stay so special. The first stay we had was end of July and we were amazed how close we were to all the amenities and attractions. It's a two minute walk to the pleasure beach where the kids loved Nickelodeon land and we loved the Pepsi max and other rides too. We were that happy we organised another short stay two weeks later and enjoyed the water park, which was awesome and we took a carriage to the centre. All in all the stay was made so special because of Lee Claire and their beautiful establishment. If I could give them more than 5 stars we would!. Thanks so much
