        I wanted a basic mobile phone to use with a spare number to keep in the car in case of emergencies. The phone supplied (Doro) still has 90% charge after a month sat switched off in my glovebox and looks very tough so I'm certainly happy with that.

        I needed a particular type of pay as you go SIM for the 2nd slot in my phone, which I couldn't get locally. 1st Mobile were able to special order the one I needed and have it with me within the week. Can't complain about that.

        I wanted to get my grand daughter a special number for her 18th birthday that she could keep. Jon was very helpful on the phone and found just the right one. We had trouble transferring it over to her network but that was entirely down to EE and nothing 1st Mobile did. Was very impressed with his knowledge.
