        Arrived to find this shop closed very disappointed as I traveled 25 mins by car to get here. Website said open at 11 am

        Need the shop window looking inviting. Very dowdy display. Such a shame as its not inviting new sales and unfair as its not reflecting the stock available inside which is very good. .

        I doesnt even wont to give a star to this shop. The lady who was working on 10th of August 2022 is really really rude to the customers. She even doesnt wont to let us look around. Such a racist person. She wasnt suitable for customer service should stop working at the service desk if she doesnt wont to help. Even she doesnt know how to behave in front of toddlers just showing off facial expressions for a toddler who was crying. Is she grown up without crying.

        Just spoke to a very rude lady called Marie in the blackpool store she couldn't help with my inquiry but I could tell she didn't want to .asked for the customer servise no and had the phone put down on me disgusting !!
