        I have just made a trade enquiry and the customer service was shocking. The girl I spoke to was very rude, not helpful in any way. I have to say this is the worsted experience I have ever had when making a new business enquiry. I honestly felt that my enquiry was a inconvenience and all she wanted was for me to get off the phone.

        SPF was better until they merged with PF Concept. You cannot get hold of anyone one the phone, because the automated machine just says find EVERYTHING YOU NEED on the website - but no, you can try asking the website if you have a query about an order, but you'll be waiting for a miracle. They don't respond to contact forms either or EMAILS. So maybe just go else where.

        poorly managed, supervisors pick favourites then pick on you for doing what their work friends literally get away with in front of your eyes on a daily basis and some of the facilities (toilets, vending machines etc.) have been left broken/damaged for time without any fixes, such an unprofessional environment & with sackings/cancellations every 2 minutes for mostly petty reasons you could meet somebody who is gone the next day just like that.
