Always been my go to shop, Emma has been amazing everytime I've been, always happy to assist when trying to find something, customer service is great, can really tell she enjoys what she does.

Went in for Christmas presents. Well set out. Lovely staff

Had an issue returning an item as was asked when buying if I wanted w paper receipt or email, when trying to return the person had out my email in wrong so would not aknowledge my return Not very helpful at all , went back twice hoping to get help but I the end spoke to head office who advised . Went back a 3rd time and this time hit great customer service by Chris , what a great guy , not sure if he is a manager ? But should be , really listened , not like the females previously, found my purchases and refunded me , I will not be getting my receipt by email again . thank you Chris
