        Great service we had a ride to Fleetwood and back. Nice to not have to worry about parking the car didn't need to drive anywhere.

        I usually would give 5 stars to our tram service. THE STAFF ARE LOVELY. The last few weeks have been chaos, the app is not been updated in a timely manner so when they make a last minute decision to take the trams off on a Saturday night after advertising on all tram stops and the app that weekends wouldn't be affected it is frustrating to say the least. The same happened 2 weeks ago after a rta on the prom, they didn't update the app, after standing for an hour and having to get a cab to work, arriving late and paying 18 for the privilege. My weekly pass has also gone up. The price hike does not reflect the unreliable service as of late.
