When we were searching for the right care home for mum. We looked at so many homes, only to find so many under funded and very tired. We found the PNP care home, to have lovely staff as well as looking so bright and clean. The guest are looked after so well that I thought of booking in myself . I would have no hesitation in recommending the PNP care home.

Fab friendly caring staff. Our Mum is so much happier and healthier. Went today and took little Teddy the Hedgehog as a surprise for Mum and all residents X

I have viewed many homes over the months for my Mum who has been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia / Alzheimers mix. As Mums main carer it was not an easy decision, but I have to say PNP care home and staff have improved mums life 100%. She is looking healthier and eating at regular times and is offered a constant flow of drinks throughout the day. I feel she is back to her cheeky chatty self which I have not seen for so long. This is all down to the helpful cheerful and attentive staff who are wonderful. Although the Dementia is progressively taking over her mind I feel like I have a piece of my Mum back. The staff always look after the visitors too offering drinks throughout all visits. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a home from home. :)

Spent an afternoon in ma Kelly's with my friends whilst in holiday. Not once did the (senior) carer ensure that his resident was in the shade or had a hat on. We danced with Roy because he looked like he wanted to enjoy himself and his 'carer' sat on his phone!! Myself as a senior carer in a dementia home would never find it acceptable in 32 heat to have any resident out in direct sunlight without some sort of protection. Fantastic going out but have some responsibility!
