I recently went into this branch unsure of how to proceed as my old phone on 3 SIM only contract was beginning to lose apps that were continually upgrading. I was met by Laura who instantly understood my concern and confidently and reassuringly gave me information and advice which ensured that an outcome was achieved that I am extremely satisfied and delighted with. Laura sold me a phone and bundle ideal for my needs, and kindly and expertly transferred data from my old phone to the newly purchased one and throughout was highly personable, knowledgeable and proficient. The level of customer service that Laura gave way surpassed outstanding, exemplary and exceptional and I can't praise or thank her highly enough. Hardly ever in my life have I experienced such top quality customer focus and care. Laura you were absolutely magnificent and I hope your company and management give you appropriate reward. Never mind five stars I would give a million if it was possible. Thank you so much I am extremely happy and grateful.
