        As a landlord I can highly recommend Raikes Properties they have done a fantastic job of managing my properties, being overseas I know my properties are in safe hands. Diane and Jane are fantastic!

        Raikes Properties should not be ignored. I have seen few reviews online by various untitled people so i thought i should drop my note of appreciation. Raikes properties had taken over the responsibilities of my home from another company in Blackpool. They were instantly given a complaint from me as all the maintenace requests and history of the building where not handed over leaving me to live in a dangerous building without attention. I met Paul and Diane, they listened to my issues and dealt with them propmtly and efficiently. They went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

        Speaking as an owner of a number of units in Blackpool and having experienced the "professional" offering of many of the local agents I can honestly say Paul and Diane have provided a superior service resulting in fewer tenant complaints, a more consistent occupancy, and a more dependable income.
