        Unbelievable, been using the shop for a number of years. Today wanted 8 keys cutting for my flats, Joe given the keys with flat numbers & sheet of paper stating 1 new key per flat. Had to pay cash upfront, but no receipt given. Bizarrely cuts to many keys for the 1st few flats and non for the last couple. Went back in, explained about missing keys. Accused me of taking these keys from the chain to try and get free ones ? He said he's cut 8 keys and I was to pay again for ones I didn't get. If you want serving by cantankerous chain smoking owner, it's the place to go.
