Now Motorcare (Northwest), job on the car seemed good, however, every other aspect was painful no updates provided, despite going in multiple times to ask for them, parts managers effort was minimal from what I saw and heard, an "assessor" said some scratches should buff out to put right the awful customer service I had received, they didn't, then I'm told he's only an assessor only the guys who do it would know if they would buff out and they didn't so is what it is. I do believe if I wasn't active in chasing parts and updates myself my car could have been there much longer than the 9 months it was. And once they had the money, they couldn't have cared less, but called me begging to sign car off before it had been returned or they might not get paid, big mistake that was. Would go somewhere smaller, where are dealing with the person doing the job and in the know, and would not allow my insurance company in future to use them either.
