Very unhappy with my experience today. I am not an unreasonable person, but this company have caused my family so much stress. I was referred by bensons for beds to set up a wardrobe. From the first phone call they were rude. I had asked if they could also help me flip a door on its hinges so it wont get in the way of the wardrobe. They said they would have to come and have a look at the door before they come to do the fitting. I agreed and said they just need to let me know when theyre available. I heard nothing from them until I text them the day before they were due to come and fit the wardrobe. As soon as they turned up they were rude. They refused to do certain aspects of the job because they didnt want to be liable for damage. I understand this but I am now having to pay someone else to finish off the job I have paid them to do. If they had come to look at the door they could have told me the space would cause issues and I could have cancelled the wardrobe delivery. Instead, theyve now removed my old wardrobe and left me with a half built wardrobe with no doors on it. I have no other alternative than to pay someone to make the adjustments to the wardrobe as I no longer have a wardrobe to put my stuff in. Totally unreasonable and refused to budge on anything or offer any alternatives at all. I would strongly not recommend and I wish bensons for beds had never recommended them.
