Ordered food on Thursday evening for 2 adults and a child. Placed order at 7pm and was told food would arrive at 8.10pm. Get a call at 7.45 to say they have no sausages so we change to a burger. Get another call at 8pm to say they have no onion bhaji so we change to chicken strips. Food arrives at 9.20pm and 4 items are missing, no sauces or salad as requested, and rest of food is cold. We call back and they say they will redo the order and reimburse the cost. The 2nd order arrives at 10.40, still not correct, but hot, and they collect the first order. We are told there is only one member of staff. It would have been better to have been told this when we placed the first order. Still no reimbursement but food quality wasn't worth the price
