It's rare in today's world that you get outstanding service. I visited here today expecting not to be able to achieve what I needed. I have a small car and I needed some timber and ply in sizes I didn't think I would get off the shelf unless they could be cut to fit both my dimensions and my car. I needn't have worried. Lloyd took a look at what I needed and immediately set my mind at ease and got to work cutting the pieces for me. He was very helpful very friendly and a credit to the business. A personal thank you from me to Lloyd and the business for a great experience of what customer service is supposed to be. Domination of the Universe awaits.
