The home its bad place in Blackpool as they listen to Situation within Lancashire Social services and social worker its Colleen Wright with my mum Susan Curtis . As they told the home staff so much bad lies and Circumstances so in untrue make my sister as Criminal. They have got involved family Business where nothing to do with them so anybody reading this and got family members beware and be careful as they get involved and listen to lies run to the partners in social services

In regards to the review i have just read about my manager, i cant believe someone could wright anything like that about her shes the most careing person ever and would do anything for the people who she cares for. All her staff are trained yeah staff might come and go but that does not mean were a bad home some people just aint cut out go do this job and karen only wants the best team possible for her residence. Im proud to say i work in one off the best care homes in blackpool

My grandad recently left here after being in for three days, he didnt like it! He couldn't get over the dirty stained cups, dolls toy cups he called them and cold brews. He had two falls in there and on both occasions they never called family, one he split across his nose! The second was the whole in floor boards under the carpet which he tripped in during the night. When dad and hubby spoke to staff about the falls they said they had phoned our doctors & a nurse was coming to check him over, nothing happened we phoned our doctors and they hadn't heard from any staff hear regarding my grandad!! We took his own bedding and mattress topper as the bed was so hard and stained. We have photos of cups bed floor etc! We brought him out of there with pneumonia & a chest infection and infection in legs due to lack of care here! Nurse were supposed to go each day but they didnt! He ended in hospital the day after us bringing him out! My poor grandad he still talks about this place e how bad it was!! We have had time now and hes in a lovely place and happy!
