South King Street Medical Centre

Medical service is zero stars. Today around 3 pm I went to the counter to ask for information. I waited for minutes but the two ladies who were at the counter were very busy in some discussions that had nothing to do with the medical service, obviously I left because I was going to pick up my child from school. Serious measures should be taken because I don't think anyone comes to GP to "organize parties". I am asking someone competent to take the initiative in solving these problems, they must be taken seriously, as it is about the health of the people for whom we pay taxes and we deserve attention and care.

Been trying to get my medical records for 2 months now. Not sure why they keep denying my access as I really need them. Cant access them on the myGP app or the NHS app. Tried calling and asking and tried going in and reception staff dont seem to know what theyre doing. Told me last time I went in to ask to come in on Tuesday (today) as theyre supposedly back open today after Xmas break and got here to see theyre not even open today. I work nights so its annoying that they seem to be messing me around and not taking me seriously. Everyone has a right to have their own medical records. Poor service and ridiculous.

Where do I start? Been a patient since 1961, now have been struck off for being 'out of boundary'. Sorry, we've lived in fy3 all our life! Was referred to soc serv without our knowledge! Shah, you have questions to answer! My wife and I need answers. YOU HAVE NOT FULFILLED YOUR DUTY OF CARE. YOU HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF THIS!!!!

Been with the surgery for years and recently tried to.speak to a female.doctor only.to get fobbed off that.my symptoms were something completely.different also tried to order a prescription and was on hold for 45 minutes I think that it's time to leave

Dont even deserve a 1 Star here today registered as a emergency due to my poorly child reception woman thinks its ok to raise her voice at me after I explain they have a duty of care to my son and then tell me after the day Ive had doctor rude & basically said I need to be careful so Ill ya Le that as a threat massive complaint being raised Avoid!!!
