UK Meet & Greet

What ever happened to meet and greet? I thought they meet you, take your car, then on your return bring your car too you. Ohh no, this is just a naughty con. Lazy staff don't even inform you of where your car is properly. Very rude and unhelpful. Its a total waste of money. Far better to use the cheaper parking and get the free bus in. At least your closer to the terminal.

Rude staff, I had to wait for my car for 50mins when I got back from my holidays. We gave him 10 and he didnt have change that time and when we got bck he didnt return that money he just went off without saying nothing absolutely horrendous experience.

The most horrendous experience I have ever had with a airport parking company, wish I had never booked with them, when I called customer services with a query I was met with a lovely lady who thought it was okay to shout down the phone at me, please AVOID AVOID AVOID...the problem could have been sorted so easily but she refused and tried to get another 15 out of me. Please do not use this company are cowboys...pay more and book official airport parking
