The colleague's that show a buyer around your property are very laid back don't know anything about the property they are showing a potential buyer around so sale lost,they do not talk to the potential buyer in the respect of what the buyer is looking for. So a bit hit a miss

We can highly recommend Suzanne and all her staff at UNIQUE ESTATE AGENTS. We wanted to sort a mortgage but weren't sure where to go. Suzanne was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we went with their recommendation. Not only did she sort out a great mortgage but she sorted out life insurance, house and contents insurance, therefore removing alot of the stress of buying a house at a difficult time. Having appointed another agent to sell my house I then purchased via Unique and I only wish I had used them for my sale too. The staff were more than supportive even to the extent of producing printed documents ( as opposed to on line by my agent) for my sale to expedite the transaction for both parties. Highly recommended.
