Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackpool

Recently bought an A250e and was very impressed with the people at Marshalls Mercedes in Blackpool. Rick,Anthony and Diana were polite,friendly,efficient and knowledgeable.I would certainly recommend Marshalls to anyone who is considering a Mercedes as their next car.

Used to be a really good Mercedes dealers back in the day - now run by Marshalls so not so much - visited today - a bit of a shambles all round - very poor customer service - watching the staff member I spoke to contradict what her colleagues had previously said then actually contradicting herself in the same sentence was actually quite funny but the its nearly going home so actually we really cant be a*sed attitude was perhaps less amusing. I am shopping for a new Mercedes later in the year - it wont be with this lot. Oh and the feedback@marshalls email to complain doesnt even work so its probably better I leave a 1* here. Come on Mercedes youre a better brand than this and having this lot from Marshalls run your Blackpool dealership reflects badly on you
