Really nice guy, knows his stuff and has very strong hands, it is a sports massage so expect a lot of pressure to be applied. He made sure I was alright throughout the session. I had stiffness in my neck, it didnt go away completely, but the session definitely did help. He also advised me what to do going forward which Ive been doing and has helped a lot.
