        If I could I would give half a star, for 6 months now I have been trying to get a simple name change done on a mortgage. I was told at the start it would be a very quick process, I would hate to see a complicated job go through. Will be interesting to see if anyone from the firm bothers to ring me up and sort the issue out when they see this review. Use this firm if you are prepared to do the following: 1, Wait a lot - weeks and months 2, Make a payment promptly to 'get the ball rolling' and not see anything happen for weeks 3, To chase hard to get a job done, if you don't chase you simply don't seem to get. Never left a review like this before as I generally am pretty flexible, but right now this is becoming a total joke.
