Mr Kennedy attended and was very informative, understanding and kind. I know that finally these long overdue repairs will be completed at last. UPDATE 10/05/2022 Unfortunately I have to remove stars, as since posting over a year ago, the solicitor's firm, working with the Tenants Advice- HODARI based in Manchester have been absolutely useless! From the initial visit in September 2020 to now - over 20 months! My repairs are still not completed. The firm is horrendous. I have had to be constantly calling, and sending emails, which just adds to the stress of this disrepair issue. The partner Emma Rees, and solicitor's Dean Carpenter and Debbie Mack, despite being routinely emailed and telephoned are not applying the housing law appropriately to ensure that these repairs are completed, they are totally non- effective. Essentially they don't give a toss! The sad thing is if I hadn't got them involved my repairs would have been completed by now. Despite contacting my local MP, the council and everyone else I can think of, once it goes to legal it appears as if the process slows down rather than speeding up. AVOID THIS BUNCH OF CHARLATANS, THEY ADD TO YOUR ISSUE RATHER THAN RESOLVE IT!

Tenants Advice took my concerns as their concerns. They allocated me a Law firm that got the job done and I was compensated for the years of loss of enjoyment of my property. I am now enjoying my home, and have peace. I will highly recommend them, and cant thank them enough.
