After having massive issues with my car insurance and them providing a hire car to get to work I can safely say that Matthew Rodriguez helped me out massively. I honestly couldn't of asked for more help from a genuine guy . He sorted everything out with my insurance even when they changed their story several times , kept me up to date with phone calls and delivery of the car to my place of work . I had a car accident 10 days ago, luckily the other party admitted liability. From my initial phone call to Sue, then dealing with Jonathan & Aaron I can't say anything but good things about the way iv been treated. Iv been guided step by step, kept up to date with what is happening & then received crash payment all wthin 10days of my first call.
