        This firm took on my case more than a year ago, only to inform me a year later that because the defendant is regulated by Gibraltar authorities they cannot represent me. This long delay could have been avoided by simple due diligence and fact checking in the beginning. During this one year wait I had to ask this firm for an update every few months. Now I am dealing with this case directly with the legal department of the defendant, it is progressing much faster. I cannot see any value that this firm brings, only negative impact. Totally unprofessional and appalling. Avoid by all means.
