Editing after receiving good customer support contrary to other reviews. There was an activation issue with regards to my connection which meant I had to log into the router and change several settings. Little strange that these routers arent just ready to work straight away - speeds seem near to what was promised and cant properly trust the speed test on my laptop however I would not recommend if you dont know what youre doing. Guy I spoke to was helpful and eager to answer questions despite me being rude and irate. (Its annoying when things dont work). Overall Im satisfied and will monitor over next few months.

Im interested in doing business with these guys but they stopped answering emails about 8 months ago (December 21) i last spoke to someone on LIVE CHAT emailed since only last week (August 22) had no reply. Ive now just read other reviews, ITS NOT LOOKING GOOD IS IT ? reduced my score to 1 Till i get a reply looks like i wont be promoting this company #UPDATE... EMAIL SENT TO REPLY OF THIS REVIEW.. NO REPLY IN OVER 2 WEEKS

Im sorry but I have been forced to leave just a 1 star rating as I cant even use the service! I was told the engineers would bring the required router with them. They came to put the line in on 14th March, 4 days late, but did not have the router to use it, telling me that it would be delivered later. But promise after promise of delivery, from missed deadlines, couriers that dont turn up to almost outright lies, means I still dont have a router and cant even use the line! Yesterday even the manager Liam said he would drop one off to me, not for the first time... Nothing... Customer service is non-existent, emails are extremely hit or miss and messenger remains unanswered a chunk of the time. So sorry, if I ever get to use the internet line I will change my review, until then I cannot recommend Yayzi. UPDATE It is the 16th May, over 2 months after install, and still no router. And it seems I am not the only one... 2nd update... After buying my own router I have some service. Not the gb I signed up for but 100mb. Still no communication but I have not yet been charged for the service I am getting, so I have altered my review from 1 to 2 stars on that basis. 3rd update... I am still at 100mb but the line is steady and reliable. I am still not being charged for the service as it wasnt what I initially signed up for, so I am giving 3 stars for 'average' due to that.
