        Because I don't have any family who are connected to Elswick, I'm not elegable , for a 1 bed bungelow, I think this is discrimination, because I'm not from here I am disabled and can't get in and out the bath we live in an upstairs flat with metal stairs outside so ,I get trapped inside when the snow and ice is on the slippy stairs I cannot get out ,so a massive thank you progress housing your the worst of the worst of no understanding ,and discrimination.

        Calls that I made to Progress Housing took between 20-25 minutes to be answered, which is not aceptable. The information that I was given about contractors being instructed to carry out a repair turned out to be totally incorrect and this was not communicated to me. I am very dissapointed with thi spoorly run organasation and hope I never have to call them again.
